Returns & guarantee policy

We promise you an opportunity to get clear, healthy-looking skin. If you don’t love of our products, for any reason, simply return the bottles (even if empty) within 60 days of receipt and we’ll give you a refund of your purchase price (less P&H).

You can return your products via post. The address your products need to be sent to is;

Once we receive your return we’ll then process your refund which may take up to 3-5 working days for the bank to transfer the funds back to you.

We’ll refund the card originally used to place and pay for the order. This includes items purchased during sales*.

We do not refund if you change your mind on sale items that have been permanently reduced. However should you discover any damage or defect upon delivery, please contact our Customer Care Centre and we will rectify the problem. Please retain your invoice for warranty purposes.
